Carroll Property Inspection, founded in 2006, was established after working with the nation’s largest home inspection company to focus locally and provide the same level of care and quality we’d want for our own families. Our team of Certified Property Inspectors has completed over 10,000 inspections, specializing in detailed, narrative-style reports for pre-sale and pre-listing evaluations. Each report includes an executive summary with photos, offering clear insights into the property’s condition.
